If you have a purchase order, please mail, fax, or email it to our office. You may also submit an order using our online Order Form.
We are unable to take orders over the phone. Orders may be placed by submitting a purchase order to our office or by using our Order Form. We accept orders by mail, fax, email, and online.
Yes. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
We do charge for shipping and handling. Ground shipping in the United States for materials is 6% of the order total, with a minimum charge of $7.00. Expedited shipping rates are higher, and subject to order minimums. When applicable, overnight rates are 12%, 2-day rates are 10%, and 3-day rates are 8% of the order total.

We collect sales tax in North Carolina and California. Please remember to calculate sales tax on shipping and handling charges.
On average we ship within five business days, but due to COVID-related circumstances, some shipments could be delayed. If there is a specific date by which you need the order, please make sure to write that clearly on the order form. You will need to have your material in hand the day BEFORE your training starts.
