Celebrating 25 Years Transforming Teaching & Learning

It is with humble pleasure that I announce that in September, 2015 Thinking Maps, Inc. celebrated its 25th anniversary. That’s 25 years of helping teachers and students improve learning outcomes across the U.S. and beyond!

There are too many people to personally thank for our growth over the years; However, to Dr. David Hyerle, the innovator behind Thinking Maps; Mr. Ted Reynolds, my former business partner; and the wonderful salespeople, consultants and support staff who have provided depth and insight over the years, I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude.

From Innovative Sciences, Inc. to Innovative Learning Group to Thinking Maps, Inc., we have always strived to provide only the best for all teachers, students and, yes, administrators, too!

Our journey started with basic Thinking Maps training, but we’ve come a long way since then. We’ve added a cutting-edge writing program, strategies for special needs students and English Language Learners, and a new digital “gateway” called the Thinking Maps Learning Community (TMLC).

However, this journey, which continues to thrive, would have been impossible without the belief, support and, and passion of YOU—our customers!

For 25 years of helping all students become lifelong learners, to our customers past, present, and future, we say a heartfelt ‘thank you’!

With gratitude,
Sherwin Suddreth
President

As I enter into my 16th year as the South/Central Florida Thinking Maps representative, I am humbled by the work that we do each and every day as we strive to transform the educational experiences for the vast learning community we serve. As one of my customers noted to me just today, “Look at all the lives you are transforming that has got to make you feel great!” I agree, however, I am ever so grateful for the magic that occurs each and every day in classrooms across America and around the world by educators who have chosen to make a difference in a student’s life over “fortune” and “fame”. THANK YOU for choosing that path!

Thank you, Sherwin Suddreth and team, for taking what might be considered a very simplistic idea and using it to revolutionize the way we Teach and Learn!!
