Professional Development Write...for the Future Implementation The key to successful implementation of Write...for the Future within any school is a sustained professional development plan. Covering the "Four S's" of writing -- Structure, Strategies, Style, and Scoring -- this plan consists of three components and a fourth optional scoring component. While a typical training covers three days, it is state-specific and the agenda for schools will vary accordingly.
